About Our Ewa Beach Dentist, Dr. Ji Kim
Dr. Ji Kim received his Doctorate in Dental Surgery from the Loma Linda University School of Dentistry. Since then, he has devoted many hours to continuing education courses and has gotten certified in cosmetic orthodontics (Invisalign®). He is a fellow member of the International Congress of Oral Implantologists and has taken numerous courses in implantology in order to provide the best in dental implant care. In 2014, 2015, and 2016, Dr. Kim was voted by his peers as one of Hawaii’s Best Dentists in Honolulu Magazine. Dr Kim believes that patients always come first, and he always strives to do the very best for each and every single patient.
Dr. Kim has completed many mission trips to places such as Haiti, Honduras, Mexico, and the Phillipines. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family. He and his wife, Manami, have two daughters, Maya and Yuna, as well as a dog named Kona.

Dr. Brooke Burgess Uperesa was born & raised in Aiea & graduated from Punahou School. She received both her Biology undergraduate degree and Dental degree from Creighton University in Omaha, Nebraska. She is a member of ASDA, ADA, HDA & several dental study groups. She also has taken several continuing education courses in endodontics and dental implant placement. Dr. Brooke has been recognized by her peers as one of Hawaii’s best dentists over the past several years. Dr.Brooke provides a full range of preventive & restorative dentistry & welcomes patients of all ages.
Dr. Brooke enjoys spending time at the beach or park with her husband Dane who previously played football for Hawaii, son Shane, & daughter Brooklyn.
